Cognitive Ecology and Eco-Hydraulics Research Flume Pump Maintenance
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, ERDC Environmental Laboratory/CEERF, seeks quarterly inspection and maintenance services for two pumps operating the fish flume at its Vicksburg, Mississippi facility (3909 Halls Ferry Road, Building 3284). The requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 811310 and anticipates a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods, for up to five years and potentially 20 quarterly service visits total. Work includes inspecting, lubricating, aligning, and repairing pump/motor assemblies as needed, assessing vibration/noise and amperage draw, and providing hard-copy and electronic reports after each visit. Evaluation will first require an acceptable technical quotation, after which award is intended to go to the responsible vendor with the lowest total evaluated price based on the pricing matrix. Vendors must be actively registered in SAM with no active exclusions and complete required representations and certifications.
