Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Army ERDC requires supplies for a dam safety model study, including specific brand-name items. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business firms and will result in a single purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Quotes must include sufficient technical detail for evaluation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or not to award at all. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to a specified email address by 2:00 PM CDT, 5 calendar days prior to the solicitation closing.
