The U.S. Army ERDC requires barge equipment rental for an expeditionary dredging effort in Agat Harbor, Guam. The award will be a single purchase order to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Questions must be submitted in writing to a specified email address by 2:00 PM CST, 5 calendar days prior to the solicitation closing. All offerors must be registered in SAM. The government bears no liability for quote preparation costs.
