Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance services, set aside 100% for small businesses under a $22 million size standard. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, with offers requiring detailed technical descriptions and pricing.
