The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Coastal Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) has a requirement to procure hot mix asphalt that meets the specifications detailed in the Description of Requirement Solicitation Attachment. Please reference the attached solicitation documents for all applicable provisions and clauses. The intent of this solicitation is to award a single, firm fixed-price purchase order for supplies described in the Description of Requirement. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business firms. Offers shall include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature or other documents, as necessary. Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time above to: CHL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil.
