This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial analytical laboratory instruments, conducted as an unrestricted, simplified acquisition. Offers are due by 5:00 PM CST on December 3, 2025, and must be submitted via email to the specified contracting officers. The award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest price determined to be technically capable of meeting the minimum requirements. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission.
