See attached for services to be performed. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The Period of Performance will be One Base Year (12 months) with Four Option Years. The designated NAICS Code 621111, Office of Physician, (except Mental Health Specialists), with a small business size standard of $16 million.
