This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ24R0020 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This requirement is set aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of 19.5M. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for Herbicide Management of Water Chestnut for Research Field Demonstrations. Basis for Award. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation, technically acceptable, and is the lowest price. In order for the proposal to be technically acceptable it must: Demonstrate, in a written technical proposal, the capability of the Offeror to perform this work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section C. Provide pricing for all CLINS. Each proposal will be evaluated for technical acceptability and price.
