The intention of this solicitation is to obtain refuse collection and recycling services at the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center, (ERDC) at Vicksburg, Mississippi. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, supervision, tools, materials; equipment and transportation to perform refuse and recyclable material collection and delivery to an approved off-site disposal area for the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center, Vicksburg, Mississippi. These requirements shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local, and commercial standards and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively accomplish PWS requirements in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the work performed.
