This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued to procure BRAND NAME AlphaSTAR Genoa 3DP Software. The U.S. Army Engineer and Development Center (ERDC), Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) has a requirement to purchase the maintenance and support renewal for a Finite Element Software with Brand Name AlphaStar Genoa 3DP for use in its HPC enabled additive manufacturing program. The additive manufacturing program mission goals requires use of the AlphaStar Genoa with its advance material properties which includes statistical analysis for porous polymers, as well as much in depth material cards that ERDC needs to accomplish its goals and deliverables in building large complex geometries. Also, AlphaStar’s program can be used to guide the user into selecting optimal toolpath or printing directions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Lowest Price and 2. Technically Acceptable See attached solicitation for full requirements. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may be cause for rejection of your quote.
