This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ24Q0041 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 335313 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250 employees. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for three Brand Name S&C Vista Dry Vault Tanks to integrate with the resilient mobile modular uninterruptable micro grid into the ITL electrical distribution infrastructure related to the resilient mobile modular uninterruptable micro grid. In order to continue supporting this effort, the ERDC ITL has a requirement for the purchase of one Brand Name S&C Vista Dry Vault Tanks and two options for additional S&C Vista Dry Tanks. See Attached Description of Requirements for complete specifications and section L of the attached sulcation for Instructions to Offeror. A separate quote may be provided for clarification. Vendors shall provide Lead Time in quote to be determined acceptable. BASIS FOR AWARD The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
