This a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued to acquire services of Qjagen QIAcube HT/QIAxtractor Instrument.A service contract for the Qiagen QIAcube HT / QIAxtractor is required for continued operation of the instrument. This is a patented instrument and only a Qiagen certified company capable of support, maintenance, or upgrades to ensure manufacturing specifications are maintained is required. This service contract should include labor, travel costs, OEM parts (including consumables and supplies), unlimited on-site hardware troubleshooting and repair, one preventive maintenance visit per year, service response time within 48 hours (2 business days) and software and hardware updates for the Qiagen QIAcube HT / QIAxtractor . All service shall be performed by a QIAgen certified technician.This is a first time purchase. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Lowest Price and 2. Technically Acceptable See attached solicitation for full requirements. It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may be cause for rejection of your quote.
