This is a combined synopsis/soliciation being issued to procure Brand Name AlphaStar Genoa 3DP sortware. The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) is required to purchase a brand-named finite element software called AlphaStar Genoa 3DP for 2 users with a permanent license to be used for high performance edge computing. This is a purchase for a Finite Element Software with Brand Name AlphaStar Genoa 3DP for use in its HPC enabled additive manufacturing program. The additive manufacturing program mission goals requires use of the AlphaStar Genoa with its advance material properties which includes statistical analysis for porous polymers, as well as much in depth material cards that ERDC needs to accomplish its goals and deliverables in building large complex geometries. Also, AlphaStar’s program can be used to guide the user into selecting optimal toolpath or printing directions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Lowest Price and 2. Technically Acceptable See attached solicitation for full requirements.
