The U.S. Army Engineer and Research Development Center (ERDC), The disposal shall include individual chemicals used for research along with drums of contaminated liquids and solids. The requirement includes categorizing, packing, removal, and disposal of individual chemicals and drums and should include all hazardous waste transportation and disposal permits and disposal fees. The overall objective of this procurement is to acquire as service contract with contractor capabilities of full-service laboratory able to furnish all labor, materials and supplies to accomplish the taxonomic identification analyses identified in the attachment. The service must follow all EPA hazardous waste regulations and should include all hazardous waste permits and disposal fees. This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. See Section C of the Solicitation for complete Specifications. It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and information for the Government to determine technical acceptablity and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptabilty and quoted price may be cause for rejection of your quote.
