If it is determined via the telephone call that the instrument cannot be repaired, then a replacement EVOS M5000 (Serial Number H1519-225A-0488) instrument (may be a refurbished instrument of the same model) shall be provided within one business day from the date that the current microscope is deemed unusable. The replacement instrument shall meet all the specifications including warranty of the original EVOS M5000 instrument. The service contractor shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the service contract agreement. The contractor shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification. Period of Performance This contract is for a new service contract for an EVOS M5000 microscope for a period of 12 months.
