This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ22T2692 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22.0 million dollars. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for a service contract for MARS6 Microwave Digestion System. The tasks and deliverables for services should include one scheduled preventive maintenance, shipping for unlimited repairs at the factory using OEM parts, and a loaner instrument if the repaired instrument cannot be returned within 36 business hours during the contract period. All service shall be performed by a CEM Corporation certified technician. Year 1 Task 1 - The service contract should include one scheduled preventive maintenance, shipping for unlimited repairs at the factory using OEM parts, and a loaner instrument if the repaired instrument cannot be returned within 36 business hours during the contract period. Each quote will be evaluated for technical capability, past performance and price.
