This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The designated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $22 Million. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Solicitation Number W912HZ22R0018 is being issued as a Request for Proposals with the intent to issue a single Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory (EL) has a requirement for maintenance of the Life Technologies 3500 XL Genetic Analyzer. The government will issue an award to the offeror whose proposal is the Lowest Price of those determined to meet at least the minimum requirements to be determined Technically Capable. It is the offerors responsibility to obtain and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). You may register electronically at https://www.sam.gov. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (MAY 2014), with their offer. Offerors may complete FAR 52.212-3 online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 online and that is it up-to-date and valid.
