The contractor shall provide all management, quality control, labor, supervision, parts, materials, tools, equipment, safety, and supplies, necessary to remove and replace the gutter system for B-3294 at the ERDC Vicksburg, MS. Work shall be all inclusive and work shall be completed efficiently, safely, and its quality shall be held to the highest standard. Any damage caused by the contractor shall be repaired to as before, or better. There will be a site visit for this requirement, the contractor shall verify all site conditions, quantities, measurements, and dimensions, any quantities or pictures used in this Scope of Work (SOW) are for estimating purposes only and shall be verified by the contractor. The purpose of this project is to remove and replace the gutter system on the exterior of B-3294 and repair interior water damage. The gutter shall work with the roofing system to create a weatherproof barrier for the building. Work shall begin within 14 calendar days of contract award and completed within 42 calendar days. Site Visit will be held 22 June 2022, 09:00a.m. meet at B1004 to receive Security Badges and meet with Government POC. Contractors shall meet at Building 1004, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180 to receive Security Badges and meet with Government POC. Contractors are required to attend the site visit.
