This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ22Q0014 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541380 – Biological (except medical, veterinary) testing laboratories or services with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million dollars. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for a service contract with a full-service laboratory able to furnish all labor, materials and supplies to accomplish the biological analyses. The biological and taxonomic analyses of phytoplankton species, harmful algae blooms (HAB) identification and enumeration at various sampling turnaround times along the Great Lake & Ohio River Division district territory environments that house specified biologicals.
