**AMENDMENT 0002** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) requires commercial sources for the procurement an... **AMENDMENT 0002** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) requires commercial sources for the procurement and installation of a Desalinization Plant in Vicksburg, MS Amended specifications of the system are as follows: The following salient characteristics must be met at a minimum: Process 16,000 gallons of 20,000 parts per million (ppm) saltwater to a saltwater concentration of less than 1,000 ppm of salt per day "460V/3ph/60Hz 220V" or "380-415V/3ph/50 or 60Hz" power requirement Can be moved through a 12-ft tall by14-ft wide doorway without disassembly Powder coated carbon steel frame 2-1/2” or 4” TFC spiral wound membranes Stainless steel multi-stage pump with TEFC motor FRP membrane housings 5-micron cartridge prefilter Other minimum specifications: Microprocessor control panel Programmable time delay and set points LCD screen Motor starter NEMA 12 enclosure Low pressure switch High pressure switch Liquid filled pressure gauges Permeate conductivity monitor Permeate & concentrate flow meters Warranty of the system with the above specifications Delivery to ERDC-CHL, Vicksburg Mississippi. The Desalination Plant shall be delivered by 28 February 2023 to include the latest published specifications and advertising literature on the machine. Basis of Award: Award is based upon the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. Warranty: Equipment shall maintain the full manufacturer warranty.
