This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ22N2607 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This requirement is for a small business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22.0 million dollars. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for a service contract for Metrohm 944 Professional UV/VIS Detector Vario, 940 Professional IC Vario, 942 Extension Module Vario and 858 Professional Sample Processor. This is a patented instrument and only a certified company capable of support, maintenance, or upgrades to ensure manufacturing specifications are maintained is required. This service contract should include all labor, travel, OEM replacement parts, priority response for service, unlimited repairs, shipping, all software and hardware installation costs, and one preventive maintenance visit per contract period for the 944 Professional UV/VIS Detector Vario, 940 Professional IC Vario, 942 Extension Module Vario and 858 Professional Sample Processor. All service shall be completed by a Metrohm certified technician. The service contractor shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the service contract agreement. The contractor shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification. This contract is for a new service contract for the maintenance the 944 Professional UV/VIS Detector Vario, 940 Professional IC Vario, 942 Extension Module Vario and 858 Professional Sample Processor for a period of 12 months with 4 option years for uninterrupted service. Year 1 The service contract should include unlimited repairs, OEM replacement parts, shipping, priority response for service, service technician labor and travel, software and hardware installation costs, and one preventive maintenance for the 944 Professional UV/VIS Detector Vario, 940 Professional IC Vario, 942 Extension Module Vario and 858 Professional Sample Processor during the contract period.
