The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a need for Technical Services for the Environmental Laboratory (EL), Water Quality and Contaminant Modeling Branch (EP-W) The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory (EL), require tasks and deliverables for Department of Defense (DoD) installations in the areas of development of installation energy and water plans (IEWP), initiate Master Plan development and process modernization, design of flood warning systems, development of floodplain delineations, technical support for OCONUS military partners, assessment of contaminant fate and transport of munition constituents from live fire operational training ranges and formerly used defense sites (FUDS), development of mitigation plans for reducing off-site contaminant transport from training sites and FUDS, development of nature based infrastructure and low impact development projects for reducing rainfall runoff and constituent runoff from installation cantonment areas, support for the development of computer software tools to assist in all areas of installation management, and the development of projects to mitigate the transport and transformation of emerging contaminants from all areas of DoD installations (e.g. perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)).
