The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a need to procure Research and Development Consulting Services to support the Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) and other ERDC laboratories Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), located in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Solicitation Number W912HZ21R0010 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) with the intent to award as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The contract will include requirements for the performance of research, development, and evaluation tasks in both civil and military areas of research. The specific tasks required in individual task orders will require the contractor to complete tasks including but not limited to, (1) providing consulting expertise for current and future R&D projects, (2) attend and/or create design charettes for ongoing R&D projects and provide consulting expertise at the design charrettes, (3) contact other USACE Divisions and Districts for the design charettes and ensure key members for the design charettes are present. The contractor shall be capable of readily participating in and understanding related activities; laboratory and field experimental work; serving as instructors at technology transfer classes or design charrettes.
