This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912HZ21Q0003 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) has a requirement to procure consultation services related to Development of an AdH Hydrodynamic and Sediment Model of the John Martin Reservoir as detailed by the specifications in the attached RFQ.
