Also with this amendment Questions/Answers are included. Question 1: Is there a version of Form 1449 that has the revised solicitation issue date and offer due date that might also be "fillable"? Answer 1: There is not fillable Form 1449. Dates have been corrected with this amendment. Question 2: Also, there are numerous representations and certifications required of the Offeror in Section K of the solicitation. Should these be repeated verbatim, completed, and included in the Proposal? And if yes, is there a certain volume of the proposal they should be in or should they just be included as an attachment? With this in mind, is there a template that would be available and includes these representations? Answer 2: Yes, these are to be completed and returned with your offer. Please include in the Price Proposal. Question 3: We also would like to confirm that the wage determinations attached for each ERDC location are the minimum hourly rates required to be paid to any contract employee for the given occupation code and should not be represented as the fully loaded hourly rate on the Bid Schedule Pricing (Attachment D). The purpose of this procurement is to obtain services that include but are not limited to installation, testing, servicing and maintenance of all Electronic Security System (ESS) components and related communications equipment. This procurement is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811213; size standard $12 Million applies. The Solicitation in is attached as document W912HZ20R0037 ESS Security. Other attachments are: Attachment A Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ), Attachment B Sample Insurance Certificate, Attachment C Wage Determination, ATTACHMENT D Bid Schedule_Pricing. Source selection will employ award made to the offeror whom the Government determines able to accomplish the necessary work in a manner most advantageous to the Government.
