The purpose of this procurement is to obtain work that includes but is not limited to construction, alteration, and repair of real property and utility projects for FY 2020 through 2023. All Work under the JOC will be performed in Vicksburg, MS. This procurement will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a three (3) year term. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236210; size standard $39.5 Million applies. Multiple projects are anticipated. The ceiling amount is $9M ($3M per year). Individual task orders are expected to range from $2,500 to $750,000; however, task orders above or below these amounts may be considered if deemed to be in the Government's best interest. The scope of work is anticipated to encompass a wide variety of simultaneous projects for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work at the Engineer Research and Development Center, Vicksburg, MS. Facilities include, but are not limited to, research and development, secure areas, administrative, etc., as well as their corresponding support facilities; infrastructure such as pavements, roads, parking, drainage systems, utility systems, and force protection. The Statement of Work and Technical Specifications are attached. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the job. The contractor must be capable of managing simultaneous projects (up to 10+) for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work, and must be experienced with e4Clicks Project Estimator Software. Source selection will employ the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process as best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
