ANSWER 2: No. ***************************** Amendment 0004 See attachment. ********************************** Amendment 0003 See attachment. ******************************** Amendment 0002 Question: We need clarification as to whether or not the paragraph 1.1 Purpose and Scope statement that "The services would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical facility" means that the state-of-the-art civilian medical facility must be located in Vicksburg Mississippi? We are prepared to open, equip, and staff a satellite facility in Vicksburg to package and ship collected samples overnight to our Florida Laboratory for testing and analysis. Answer: The state-of-the-art civilian medical facility is located on the Government installation in Vicksburg and operated by a Federal nurse employee. The successful vendor will provide supplies for collection of samples. The Government will collect the samples (not the successful vendor). The vendor will come on-site and pick up the samples, transport to an off-site facility, test, and provide results to Government. ****************************************** Amendment 0001 Question: Good afternoon where is this position located? Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS is issuing solicitation W912HZ20R0008 Medical Screening Services. See attached for services to be performed. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The Period of Performance will be a multiple year contract with one base year of 12 months; four options year (12 months options); and a 6-months option for a total of 5 ½ years if all options are exercised. This solicitation is set-aside 100% Small Business. The designated NAICS Code is 621511, Medical Laboratories, with a small business size standard of $35 million.
