Question: The Hi-Lite vest has ballistics with it. The Guardian does not come with ballistics. Do you want ballistics for it as well as with the Hi-Lite vest? Which vest do you want or were you asking for both? Answer: We are looking for both but would like a vest all in one. Questions: Is there a particular reason why you are wanting a front opening design? Do you want the front opening covert carrier to work with your concealable panels, is that correct? Also, is the outer tactical meant to be the concealable or are you looking for two outer carrier products? Answers: Yes: Easier to put on and take off. If injury occurs EMS can render life saving measures quickly. Concealable meaning, the vest (outer carrier) can be worn comfortable under a coat or jacket. That is why they call it covert carrier.
