The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1) with The Praevius Group, Inc., 417 North Main Street, Salado, TX 76571-6133, for Branch Chief Equipping Program II: Using Case?Ex® Videos for Leadership Development in the Environmental Lab for the development of leadership skills that enhances the work performance of scientists and engineers in their interactions with colleagues, management, and each other. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 512110. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar supply. All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
