This is a request for information sources sought notice only. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications; HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantage Business, Woman Owned Business, Veteran Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Large Business relative to NAICS Code 541380, with a small business size standard not to exceed $15,000,000.00 gross annual receipts. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate determinations about potential sources only. No solicitation is currently available at this time. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later time. Responses to this notice shall include company name, address, point of contact, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) and must respond to the following questions: Is your business a small business under NAICS code 5413890 Does your firm qualify as a small disadvantaged business? If disadvantaged specify if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? Are you a certified HUBZone firm? Are you a woman-owned or operated business? Are you a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned business? Is your business a large business? Do you have NELAC and/or DOD ELAP accreditation? Please provide a capability statement addressing your organization's ability to perform as a prime contractor the work described below: SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall be a full-service laboratory able to furnish all labor, bottles, materials, waste disposal, and supplies to accomplish the chemical/physical/biological analyses as shown below. Shipping supplies (coolers) must be returned to either the sampling crew (Address to be provided when sampling begins) or the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS. The primary laboratory may subcontract analyses not performed in-house, or if internal capacity is exceeded during high volume times, if the subcontractor meets all requirements for the work to be performed. All data reports consisting of a custom excel file and pdf report must be delivered by the contractor to the Government representative within 28 calendar days of sample receipt, unless specific reporting times are requested at the time of service request. Typical analyses and standard method numbers to be performed are shown in Appendix 1 however this list is not all inclusive. The custom data report format is attached; EDD Excel Example.
