The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue an award on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)) to Definitive Logic, 1010 N Glebe Rd Suite 600, Arlington, VA 22203 for the Development of the Army’s Installation Asset Management System Assessment. The goal of this effort is for the assessment of the information collected and generated from the Army installation status report (ISR) and the BUILDER sustainment management system (SMS) for POM-build activities with installation-level planning using Comprehensive Planning Platform (CPP). Definitive Logic is the only entity that is known that can provide the development of the Army’s Installation Asset Management System Assessment. In addition, award to Definitive Logic would maintain the required continuity in the Comprehensive Planning Platform. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541330. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar supply. All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
