This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912HZ-20-Q-1919 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS code 811219 with a size standard of $22,000,000.00. The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, Mississippi is soliciting quotes for the service and maintenance of a Balston Air Gas Generator. A Performance Work Statement is attached with additional details. Only one award will be made under FAR Part 12 procedures. The awarded contract will be of a Firm Fixed Price Single Award type. Quotes are due on 20 December 2019 at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to award without discussions, however, reserves the right to hold discussions, if necessary.
