The Government must ensure there is adequate competition of responsible firms. Project Information: This is a non-personal services contract to provide repairs/modifications to a government owned John Deere construction equipment at the Addicks and Barker Reservoir Project. Equipment described in this Performance Work Statement shall be located at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Addicks Project Office located at 1011 Highway 6 South, Houston, TX 77077. Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, transportation of equipment, and other items, of non-personal services necessary to perform Equipment Parts/Repair and Maintenance service. Contractor must have access to manufacturers parts, manuals, and schematics needed to perform the services. Contractor must perform services with factory trained and authorized technician with the technical expertise to perform repair work on John Deere Construction equipment. Type of Equipment: John Deere 310SG Wheeled Backhoe Loader, Model Year - 2006 ? Serial T0310SG960670 Period of performance: Complete the entire work ready for use not later than 45 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed within the specified time. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 811310 which has a small business size standard of $12,500,000. The Product Service Code is J024. Contractor should be experienced with back-hoe machinery repairs. Contractor should also provide examples of work with back-hoe repairs.
