The FY21 HSC Spilman Placement Area Improvement job will consist of dewatering and dike raising of Spilman PA, an upland site along the Houston Ship Channel immediately north of Barbours Cut and adjacent to the Houston Ship Channel north of Morgan’s point. Work will consist of a de-watering ditches to dry material and facilitate interior drainage as well as 3’ dike raise. And include spillbox safety fix (fall protection).
