These changes have been noted and can be found through searching *AM3 in the document -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0002 hereby clarifies the time of the proposal due date to Central Daylight Time, adds verbiage to paragraph 6.1.5 in Section 00 22 10, removes 52.204-24 (AUG 2020) and replaces it with 52.204-24 (DEC 2021), removes 52.216-7 and moves 52.216-7 Alt. 1 from Section 00 21 00 to Section 00 72 00, removes 52.204-8 (MAR 2020) and replaces it w ith 52.204-8 (JAN 2022), removes 252.204-7007 Alt. A (APR 2020) and replaces it with 252.204-7007 Alt. A (MAY 2021). These changes have been noted and can be found through searching *AM2 in the document. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 hereby clarifies the standard time of the proposal due date to 21 April 2022 at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time, updates the contract specialist point of contact information, changes FAR clause 52.204-26 to full-text, alters 6.1.16 title to be "Contractor Team Arrangements", corrects the TAB label in 8.0 to TAB D, and changes all areas where DUNS is referenced to UEI "Unique Entity ID". The preproposal conference slides and a link for the meeting recording have been provided in the attcahments section. Should the link not direct you to the recording of the meeting, all information in the recording is the same as the information within the preproposal coference power point slides. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Government is planning a virtual pre-proposal conference, during which potential offerors may obtain a better understanding of the work required. The conference will be held on March 29, 2022 at 1430 Central Daylight Time. Please see attachment for specifics. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The general scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: Construction and pre-construction services required including both Design-Build and/or Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction for flood and storm damage reduction projects. Requirements include a mix of levees, floodwalls, drainage structures, pump stations, sector gates, channel widening, bridges, armoring and other heavy civil construction. These MATOCs are intended to support USACE programs primarily within the boundaries of SWD, such as civil works, operations, military construction and Interagency and International (IIS) support.
