The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Texas, High Island to Rollover and Bolivar Flare in Galveston and Chambers Counties, Texas. Full and Open Competition. Schedule 1 – Project is for Shallow Draft Maintenance Pipeline Dredging of the GIWW High Island to Rollover and Bolivar Flare (Schedule 1 and Options 1-4).. Schedule 1 includes dredging of approximately 1,100,000 cubic yards (CY). Option 1 is for maintenance dredging vicinity of Rollover Pass for approximately 30,000 CY, Option 2 is for maintenance dredging of the Channel to Port Bolivar for approximately 240,000 CY, Option 3 is for the dredging and beneficial use placement of 100,000 CY at Pierce Marsh and raising of 7,500 LF of containment berms, and Option 4 is for dredging and beneficial use placement of approximately 120,000 CY at Pierce Marsh and raising of 2,500 LF of containment berms.
