The work consists of providing the transportation, management, supervision, transportation, labor, manpower, subcontracts, materials, training, tools, equipment and supplies, for full fire protection services. The Contractor will schedule and conduct a regular program of preventive maintenance, IAW the preventive maintenance schedule, to include all systems inspection, testing, maintenance and emergency repair to fire alarm and water-based fire protection systems and components on all fire protection systems IAW Fire Protection Services manufacturer's guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations, including the PWS.
