This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912HY19Q0015 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and any other items and services necessary to deliver the marine salvaging services as described in this combined/synopsis solicitation.
