This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) Request for quotation (RFQ) No. W912HY19Q0006. (ii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, dated 20 Dec 2018. (iii) This is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 336611; small business size standard is 1,250 employees. (iv) A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): See attached RFQ W912HY19Q0006. (v) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Annual repairs and complete haul out of the Launch M/V Turpin located at the Port Arthur Resident Office, Port Arthur, Texas. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, apply to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.
