Barker Dam in Harris County, Texas, Clodine Ditch Rehabilation Station 72+50 to Station 91+00. Project Information: Rehabilitate Clodine Ditch as it runs along Barker dam. Sections of slope have failed and need to be repaired and lined similar to other sections of the ditch with articulated concrete mat. Several back slope drains have failed and need repair/replacement. Completion Time: Estimate duration is approximately 156 calendar days. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $2180.00 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. The contractor will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) calendar days after award. The contractor shall begin work within ten (10) calendar days after acknowledgement of the notice to Proceed. The Contract will be awarded as Firm Fixed Price. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The solicitation is advertised as "HUBZone Small Business Set Aside". The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 Million.
