Project Information: Roadway and parking lot repair to include approximately 300 potholes to be filled with compacted cement stabilized base, asphalt approx. 1,263 CY of road, and fog seal approx. 9000 SY of road. Stripe 1500 LF of 4" line for 4 existing parking lots and create a new parking lot with approximately 300 CY of compacted fill, 80 CY of flexible base, 50 ton of asphalt and 150 LF of 4" line stripping. Completion Time: 83 days. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages in an amount $2,507.00 to the Government for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. The Contractor will be required to provide the Performance and Payment Bonds within 10 calendar day after award. The contractor shall begin work within 10 calendar days after acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. The Solicitation will be issued as a HUBZone Small Business Set Aside. The magnitude of this project is S500,000 and $1,000, 000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237310. The Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued on or about 31 December 2019.
