This is a sources sought notice for a Design-Bid-Build construction project to build a small, permanent hotel facility (approximately 623 square feet) at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, Japan. The project budget is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, with an estimated performance period of 540 calendar days. The contract will be performed entirely in Japan, and the U.S. Government will offer "United States Official Contractor" status under the US-Japan SOFA to eligible U.S. contractors. Prospective contractors must demonstrate capabilities with ICD 705 Technical Specifications for SCIF construction and be registered in SAM.
