Repair Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) Building 760 and Repair UPH Building 581, Camp Zama, Japan
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, is conducting market research for two Design-Bid-Build projects to fully renovate Unaccompanied Personnel Housing buildings 760 and 581 at Camp Zama, Japan. Each project has an estimated magnitude between ¥1,000,000,000 and ¥2,500,000,000, with anticipated performance periods of 458 calendar days for Building 760 and 732 calendar days for Building 581. This notice is for planning only and is not a solicitation; a solicitation for the first project is anticipated approximately in March 2026. The work must be performed entirely in Japan, and only local firms physically located and licensed to conduct construction business there are eligible to respond. Respondents must be registered in SAM and will require Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Basic Level 1 or higher for any future solicitation issued on or after November 10, 2025.
