FY27 AFHC Repair Quarters 82 and 86
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, is pre-soliciting for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to repair nine housing units for junior NCOs and enlisted personnel at Camp Zama, Japan. The project magnitude is between ¥2,500,000,000 and ¥10,000,000,000, with an anticipated construction performance period of 730 days. Performance will occur entirely in Japan, and only local sources—companies physically located in Japan and authorized to perform construction there—will be considered. Bidders must possess a Japanese civil or architectural construction license by the bid due date and time. The government intends to award the contract no later than Q1 FY2027.
