This project involves the interior and exterior modernization, renovation, and repair of 32 military family housing townhouse units at Yokota Air Base in Japan. The performance period of the contract has been extended through amendments. The solicitation and its numerous amendments, which include details on pre-bid conferences and site visits, must be downloaded from the PIEE website. Several amendments have been issued to extend bid opening dates, respond to RFIs, and revise contract line items and specifications. The abstract of offers has been posted.
