This is the Phase 1 of a two-phase design build project. The proposed project is the Whole-House Revitalization of Buildings 680, 681, 682 and 683 at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni (MCASI), Japan. This project will be the complete renovation of existing architectural, mechanical and electrical components with the exception of the substructure and superstructure. The subsequent reconstruction will match the existing floor plan and will repair/repaint/resurface all interior and exterior walls, roof, ceilings, doors, hardware and closet shelving.
