Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the specifications replacing EM 385-1-1 dated 2014 with EM 385-1-1 dated 2024. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid opening from 22 August 2024 to 06 September 2024. Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to answer the RFIs and update the drawings and specifications. Amendment 0001: The RFI due date is extended to June 17th and the RFI Bidder Inquiry Key has been changed to 4K7KWN-G6GZ8W. Solicitation: FY23 OMA Convert Vehicle Storage Warehouse B122-S1, Sagami General Depot project will provide Fire Protection Upgrades at existing Warehouse B122-S1, Sagami General Depot, Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan. The project facilities are currently occupied by the 403rd Army Field Support Battalion, North East Asia, for the storage of vehicles and other miscellaneous stock. This project will provide the required fire and life safety code systems required to meet current DoD codes for vehicle storage use. It will provide Fire Protection Upgrades including fire suppression systems, fire alarm, life safety, water distribution, electrical upgrades, mechanical, plumbing, hazardous material abatement, and all supporting work.
