Please see the attahcments sections of this RFP. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, is soliciting this requirement as a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912HV-20-R-0003 using the source selection procedures identified in FAR 15.101-2. A Firm-Fixed Price construction contract will be awarded to the offeror who whose proposal is deemed to represent the Best Value to the Government through the utilization of LPTA source selection procedures. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The intent of this project is to conduct repairs to a number of deficient maintenance items identified by the Waterfront Facilities Inspection Report (WFI-WHB-18) dated July 2018. This report was conducted by the Army Transportation Infrastructure Program, HQ Installation Management Command. The deficient items identified by the Waterfront Facilities Inspection Report are as follows: Security Fencing, Boat Ramp repair, Steel Bollards, Cleats, Guard Posts around the Fire Hydrants, Rubber Fenders, concrete pier horizontal cracking on concrete deck, concrete surface spalling and resetting the Toe of the Tetrapods at STA. 1+55 of Tengan Basin Seawall.
