This FY20 Operation and Maintenance- Army funded project is located at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The Contractor shall perform repairs for the FY20 Operation and Maintenance- Army funded Munitions Structure Repair project at Kadena Munitions Site, Okinawa Japan resulting in complete and usable facility. Structures listed below will be repaired in accordance with the Statement of Work: 48244, 48245, 48255, 48246, 48247, 48256, 48249, 48252, 48257, 48277, 48253, 48254, 48258, and 48259. IAW FAR 14.101(e) Contract award will be made with reasonable promptness to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. Amendment 0002 - The following revisions are made to section 00 45 00 of the project specification: 1. FAR provision 52.204-24 is added via full text. The Bidder shall complete paragraph (d) of the provision and submit a completed copy with the bid. The Bidder may also complete the provision by updating the Representations and Certifications within the System for Award Management. 2. DFARS provision 252.204-7017 is added via full text. The Bidder shall complete paragraph (c) of the provision and submit a completed copy with the bid. The Bidder may also complete the provision by updating the Representations and Certifications within the System for Award Management. The following revisions are made to section 00 70 00 of the project specification: 1. FAR clause 52.204-25 is hereby incorporated by reference into the solicitation. 2. This Design-Build project scope of work includes repair/replacement vent stacks, vents, grates, louvers, shutters, flood lighting, interior lighting, circuit breakers, junction boxes, outlets, concrete Spalding, roofing membrane, concrete walls, concrete ceiling, concrete walls. Modernize existing paints to protective coatings. Concrete storage area pad, electrical deficiencies to up-to-date codes, HVAC/Fire protection to up to date codes. Mitigate Lead Base Paints and Asbestos. All work listed above is for the following Munitions Structures: 48244, 48247, 48249, 48252, 48254, 48253, 48246, 48245, 48256, 48257, 48258, and 48277. Anticipated period of performance will be 730 days after receipt of notice to proceed. A firm-fixed-priced IFB Solicitation will be issued by the end of June 2020.
