The intent of this project is to conduct repairs to a number of deficient maintenance items identified by the Waterfront Facilities Inspection Report (WFI-WHB-18) dated July 2018. This report was conducted by the Army Transportation Infrastructure Program, HQ Installation Management Command (see DRAFT SOW). The deficient items identified by the Waterfront Facilities Inspection Report are as follows: Security Fencing, Boat Ramp repair, Steel Bollards, Cleats, Guard Posts around the Fire Hydrants, Rubber Fenders, concrete pier horizontal cracking on concrete deck, concrete surface spalling and resetting the Toe of the Tetrapods at STA. 1+55 of Tengan Basin Seawall.
